Adding to the nursing burden problems is complex communications. Often, the chaos of tasks creates at environment where it becomes difficult to locate a nurse member or a certain empty bed on a floor. Hillrom introduced it's newest product offering to solve for that problem by by including a precision tracking system.
Due to being a new product launch, we really need to figure out a way to educate the market before going to launch. I supported the commercial marketing team with designing a user journey track and a content marketing strategy to lead users down a funnel of a brand awareness campaign. The campaign was compromised of a journey that started with social ad and presentation decks. After the in=person presentation, we designed a leave behind one-sheeter with a QR code that would then direct the users to an interactive digital experience to take them further down the funnel and into a conversion.
