Problem
Hillrom PDP pages were not performing as well as the company hoped, nor expected. The pages serve as a great educational tool for customers, as well as sales teams to lean on during interactions and touchpoints.
SOLUTION
Our team kicked off work with a third party agency to create more interactivity within the product pages via 3D models and AR experiences. We wanted to provide a seamless user experience that would drive engagement with educational content. Shortly after this initiative began, I brought an interactive tool called Ceros to the team to also develop larger digital experiences. The two experiences combined together provided a much more cohesive digital experience that resulted in much higher CTR and dwell time on our PDP pages.
