Problem

Even though Hillrom has customer experience centers around the United States, it is still difficult to get customers in front of integrated surgical solutions.

SOLUTION

Hillrom developed a mobile operating room that could travel the world as meet customers where they are versus having to bring them to specific locations. I onboarded and managed the process of implementing an interactive tool called Ceros that would provide us agility and flexibility to create interactive experiences. The team developed a virtual tour of the Mobile CEC to promote the cross-country tour that our truck would be embarking on during the year. As part of this campaign, we developed a series of social ads and a landing page that customers were directed to where they could register to come see the mobile operating room.
